As one of the pioneers in the Roscoe Village revitalization, Paul Petersen began designing renovations in the early 1990’s. He then moved into the construction of full masonry homes on Chicago’s north side in the areas of Roscoe Village and Lakeview, where he has been setting the standard for building with quality construction and design excellence.

In recent years, Paul Petersen has expanded into other areas of Chicago’s north side, with high-end new home construction and upscale renovations and additions in Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, Glenview, as well as Lakeview, Roscoe Village, the St. Ben/Bell School area, and a major restoration project in historic Wicker Park (pictured above).
